[ The Brief ]
Artists Web is a digital agency marketing site I built to learn how far I could push pure animation craft on a marketing site without bloating the bundle.
Framer Motion handles the small, interactive moments — hover micro-feedback, viewport-triggered reveals. CSS handles the big moments — full-section transitions and scroll-driven sequences — because the GPU is faster and the file size is smaller.
The result: a site that feels alive on every scroll without ever shipping a megabyte of motion library to a phone.
